Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your Briyva inhaler stick for any valid reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No return shipment required — you don't need to send anything back.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@briyva.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request
We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds are granted for valid reasons, including but not limited to:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Product does not perform as described
- You received the wrong item
- Product caused an adverse reaction
- Genuine dissatisfaction with the product experience
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse (e.g., repeated requests from the same customer, or requests made after the 30-day window).
Processing Your Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund:
1. Check your bank account or card statement again
2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary
3. If the issue persists, email us at support@briyva.com
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@briyva.com so we can resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different flavor, place a new order and request a refund for the original (within the 30-day window).
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, upon approval you'll receive store credit. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. This is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
